Therapy is both a beautiful and challenging process, that requires safety and trust within the therapeutic relationship. Through this relationship, behaviours, emotions, thought patterns and other life challenges can be explored.
How can we help?
In the beginning, you will collaborate with your therapist to establish clear goals for the outcome of your work together. During this time, you will be offered initial impressions of how they can support you and which approaches might be useful. Together, you will develop a plan for reaching your goals. Over time, they will define specific areas of focus, identify particular skills and capacities to be developed and/or healed, and implement approaches that can help you develop/heal them.
