About the Workshop:
Have you ever noticed how a small moment — a delayed text, a shift in tone, a feeling of closeness — can suddenly make you anxious and clingy, or wanting to pull back from any relationship? This is often your attachment system at work — the one shaped long ago in childhood through your relationship with your primary caregivers.
And if you’ve tried books or watched endless attachment-style videos and still feel confused… this trauma-informed workshop connects the full picture. You’ll finally learn your attachment style, how it impacts your day-to-day experiences, and how to understand yourself — and others — more clearly so you can navigate your relationships, all kinds of them, with more confidence and ease.
Join us today — spots are limited! Everything is explained in simple, relatable language, no psychology background needed.
