Cultivating Connection - An Attachment Workshop for Healthier Relationships
A live online workshop with a relationship therapist where you’ll explore attachment styles and your relational needs — so you can stop repeating old patterns and start building healthier connections.
When: February 28, 2026, 11:00 AM–1:00 PM (MST)
Format: Online (live) - accessible worldwide
Spots are limited to help create a safe, supportive space for all participants.
About the Workshop:
Ever notice how a small moment — a delayed reply, a shift in tone, or unexpected closeness — can change how you & others show up in relationships?
You might start overthinking and reaching out for reassurance… or feel the urge to pull back and withdraw — even when neither reaction is what you actually want. This isn’t random.
It is an attachment system doing what it learned to do to protect you.
🌐 This live online relationship workshop helps you understand why different insecure patterns show up — and how to respond differently, so you can build steadier, more grounded connections.
Understanding attachment styles is a key part of that shift.
Price: $55 USD — limited spots remain!
This Workshop is for You if…
✔️ feel stuck in repeating relationship patterns
✔️ react in relationships in ways that don’t match your intentions (clingy, distant, hot-and-cold, disconnected)
✔️ experience anxiety, shutdown, or mixed signals in connection
✔️ want to understand your reactions and your partner’s — so communication & connection improve
✔️ You struggle to identify what you actually need – Beyond just "wanting things to be better," you have a hard time naming your core relational needs until you’re already upset.
✔️ want grounded insight without overwhelm
✔️ You’re ready to move past "memes" and into "meaning" — You want more than just a relatable quote; you want a professional framework to actually change how you show up in relationships.
What You’ll Get:
✔️ A practical workbook filled with clear explanations, an attachment style quiz, and tools you can use long after the workshop to support real, sustained change
✔️ a clear understanding of your attachment style and core relational needs — and how they show up
✔️ The ability to recognize your triggers, protest behaviours, and shutdown strategies before they take over
✔️ practical ways to pause, regulate, and choose a different response in real moments
✔️ clearer, more grounded language for expressing needs and boundaries without guilt, panic, or shutdown
✔️ a framework for understanding both your reactions and your partner’s, so communication causes less damage
✔️ a starting point for lasting change, not just insight you forget after the session
