About the Workshop:

Ever notice how a small moment — a delayed reply, a shift in tone, or unexpected closeness — can change how you & others show up in relationships?

You might start overthinking and reaching out for reassurance… or feel the urge to pull back and withdraw — even when neither reaction is what you actually want. This isn’t random.
It is an attachment system doing what it learned to do to protect you.

🌐 This live online relationship workshop helps you understand why different insecure patterns show up — and how to respond differently, so you can build steadier, more grounded connections.

Understanding attachment styles is a key part of that shift.

Price: $55 USD — limited spots remain!

    Part 4

Needs, Tools & Moving Toward Secure Connection. We’ll identify your core relationship needs, explore tools that support you, and share practical strategies for building more secure communication and connection. This part also includes a gentle Q&A and discussion space — participation optional.
