The Cognitive Corner Group Therapy

At TCC, we offer group therapy as a flexible and affordable way to receive support in a range of topics. Our group sessions provide a safe space to connect with others and are led by experienced members of our team.

These groups can help individuals build resilience, explore identity, and take meaningful steps toward personal well-being.

Reconnecting With Your Roots: Holding Loss and Legacy

This grief group is a closed, 4-week in-person therapeutic group designed to provide a collective space for grief processing, storytelling, and creative expression. Through art therapy, somatic expression, and reflective discussion, participants will explore how grief is held, expressed, and carried forward while being supported by a community-oriented, culturally responsive approach

By integrating art, movement, and shared dialogue, this program creates a space where grief is witnessed and honored—not just as an individual experience, but as part of both personal and collective identity
