Why Choose In-Person Therapy?

While both in-person and online therapy are effective, some people prefer being in the same room, where it can feel easier to connect and stay present. Some of the reasons you might prefer in-person sessions:

  • Create a structured time and place for self-reflection.

  • Engage in a deeper connection with your therapist through face-to-face interactions.

  • Explore approaches like somatic or expressive work in a more supported, hands-on space, especially if virtual sessions don’t feel as effective for you

  • Fewer distractions compared to home environments
