My name is Gabriella, and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate their unique challenges and discover paths toward growth and healing. Being trauma-informed is central to my work, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where people can explore the impact of past experiences and move toward meaningful change.

My practice is informed by attachment patterns, trauma, and limerence, with a focus on understanding how early relationships shape emotions, communication styles, and sense of connection. Using a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach, I draw from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method, and other evidence-based practices to support insight, heal attachment wounds, strengthen resilience, and develop healthy and secure ways of relating to self and others.

I deeply value BIPOC representation in the mental health field and ground my work in advocacy, compassion, and a strong commitment to de-stigmatizing mental health care. As a BIPOC therapist, I strive to offer a space where clients feel seen, validated, and supported in the fullness of their identity and lived experience.

Using a trauma-informed lens, I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR to provide a holistic and personalized approach. I also integrate mindfulness practices to help connect the mind and body, fostering greater self-awareness and grounding.
