Hello, my name is Maryna. I’m Marketing Coordinator at The Cognitive Corner. I was born and raised in Eastern Europe, and I often see parallels between my cultural background and many BIPOC experiences — especially around community, resilience, and navigating shared challenges. I’m half Bulgarian, half Moldovan, but with a Ukrainian heart.

With over six years of experience in marketing, I am deeply passionate about leveraging marketing tools like Content Creation, Paid Ads, SEO and many others to facilitate connections between individuals and businesses.

My home country is beautiful and warm Ukraine, and I’m honoured to now live in Canada — where I get to learn, grow, and enjoy the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. I enjoy playing the piano and exploring various cuisines of the world, my favourite so far is Georgian (if you love dumplings, just try khinkali, they will blow your mind & taste buds)

I speak 4 languages, I love wellness and learning new things about self-care every day to make my life and life of the others better and more fulfilled.

Thanks to my role at TCC, each day, I am continually discovering the transformative power of therapy and learning so much from our therapists. It is a life-changing journey for sure. Moreover, I value the variety in my workdays, as each presents unique challenges and opportunities. So working here is never boring.
